From Maierhöfen you can reach the nearby Oberallgäu and the Oberstdorf mountains or the nearby Nagelfluhkette near Oberstaufen in a short time. The Swabian Sea, Lake Constance with its Mediterranean flair, is just 30 kilometres away.
From the hotel you can walk to our nature reserve Eistobel, you can also hike to the highest point in the Westallgäu, the Kugel our local mountain (1069m high).
With your guest card “Allgäu Walser Card” you receive discounted admission to approx. 200 leisure facilities in the Westallgäu and Oberallgäu, as well as neighbouring Lake Constance, including public bus rides.
